Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The food was perfect, always served hot. The staff was courteous and helpful, making the experience pleasant. However, the room size felt small compared to the rent charged, which was a bit disappointing. Apart from that, everything else was great.

The stay was very nice and comfortable. The room was nice, clean and well maintained. Great room service and good morning buffet as well. Extremely happy with the stay at the J hotel. My only concern was with the parking space that the hotel has. Rest everything was very good. Loved it..!!!

Best hotel in Mumbai ideally situated and extremely helpful staff especially Radha Ji, Sagar Ji and Feeroz Ji everyone took great care of us and attended our queries promptly and correctly. The food at the in-house restaurant is simply blissful. Bus station, train station, rickshaws are at thd doorstep. All amenities are within reasonable reach. I have to laud the honesty of the housekeeping team with some extra praise and gratitude as one day I left the hotel for shopping for forgot to close and lock my bags (at the hotel) which contained around a hefty sum of dollars. Not a single penny was missing. These people only do their job and they do it correctly. May God bless them abundantly. Thank you so much to the entire team. This was my fourth stay and I will definitely come back soon.

The room started stinking terribly of urine after around 8pm. The staff was really unhelpful and just sprayed room freshener which actually made the odor worse. Despite complaints and requests to change our room the management was just defensive about the smell (which was unbearable, we couldn’t breathe) and refused even a rupee’s refund. We ended up checking out and booking a different hotel room for the night. Terrible and would not recommend ever staying here.

Good hotel in this price, if you're looking to tour the city and have a good hotel in budget go for it, it's clean and breakfast is good too. Good connectivity as it's just beside the jogeshwari railway station

One of the best experiences i ever had. The room, breakfast, and all other amenities were best. The staff and other people were also well-behaved and very friendly. Definitely the best stay till now.

We r 3 people and this room is not for 3 people its only for 2 people so mm t charged for 3 people n give me 2 people room just small room not fair. Big disappointment.
